Aleesha Young established herself as a leading female bodybuilder professional in the second half of the decade. Aleesha Young was born 1984 into the family of sports. Although her father worked as a bodybuilder Aleesha's siblings were involved in activities like hockey on ice. Aleesha was also active in various sports like basketball, softball, and soccer. Her bodybuilding journey began at the age of 15 older. Aleesha was awarded her professional license after winning the NPC USA Championships 2014 When she started to compete that was the year 2008. In 2014, she competed at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro which she placed 9th. She held on to an 8th place finish in the 2015. Aleesha was 6th place in both 2016 and 2015 in her participation in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha started to get better and was able to be the first professional competitor when she won Chicago Pro Championships. The bodybuilder's best performance in WOS Rising Phoenix. WOS Rising Phoenix was in the year 2020, when she snagged 4th position. The "World's strongest mother" took a break from bodybuilding for issues with her health.
